The AGC Safety Committee, in partnership with the FBI, is hosting an Active Shooter Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, March 4th at 11 am at the AGC Anchorage office. 

This session will be led by an FBI Active Shooter Coordinator who routinely works with the community to train the public to prevent, prepare for, and respond to active shooter incidents. 

Active Shooter Attack Prevention and Preparedness (ASAPP)—also known as Run, Hide, Fight— teaches attendees effective strategies to reduce the chances of being involved in an active shooter incident, as well as life-saving concepts and skills for those who do find themselves involved in an active shooter incident. Participants learn why Run, Hide, Fight is the national standard for civilian response, will see demonstrations of techniques and be given the opportunity for practical exercises.
