Instructions

All companies joining after July 1, 2024, will be refunded the difference in the annual and pro-rated dues amounts for the respective member categories after submitting the membership application.

General Contractor Member

$1,300 annually + Quarterly Volume Dues. General Contractor members are licensed general contractors who submit bids directly to owners. These members perform 50% or more of their work per year as a General Contractor.

Specialty Contractor Member

$1,000 annually + Quarterly Volume Dues. Specialty Contractor members provide on-site labor to perform some portion of a construction contract. These members perform 50% or less of their work per year as a General Contractor.

Associate Member

Select Level

Associate members are suppliers and professional service providers to the construction industry who do not perform on-site construction work. Associate members do not pay quarterly volume dues. There are two levels of Associate memberships:

Associate w/ Online Plans ($850 annually)- includes access to AGC's Online Plans system
Associate Basic ($750 annually)- does not include AGC Online Plans access.
