Since our establishment in 1950, NSTS/NSES has proudly served the state of Alaska. Our operations include eight facilities, four featuring barge service docks for project cargo. Our Anchorage location is a tri-modal facility offering Barge, Rail, and Truck services, enabling us to provide comprehensive cradle-to-grave transportation solutions. Moreover, our off-dock operations significantly support various infrastructure projects throughout Alaska, allowing us to undertake large-scale and smaller initiatives. Our fleet includes approximately 40 cranes, ranging from a 440-ton crawler to a 30-ton rough terrain crane.

In addition to our crane services, we possess a range of pile-driving and drilling rigs equipped for large-diameter drilling and installing piles of various types and sizes. Notably, we have successfully installed VSM and thermosyphon piles on the slope, the Alaska Pipeline and recently completed a 3,000-sheet pile installation for Santos Oliktok dock expansion.
