Our comprehensive curriculum is tailored specifically for professionals with a basic understanding of Microsoft Project or those who have completed our introductory course. This eight (8) hour course is delivered in four (4), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions, and address questions as the class progresses.

Students who successfully complete the course are issued a digital credential and Microsoft Projects for Construction Management Certificate.

Note: The instructor will be using Office 365 Project Professional Online – Desktop Version and students are encouraged to use the same.

Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of each session for 48 consecutive hours. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.

Students must attend all four sessions.

Session 2: Enhanced Views & Integration, June 3, 9 am to 11 am AKT

• Develop Custom Views and Network Diagrams.
• Master data import/export and hyperlinks.

Session 3: Resource Pools Mastery, June 10, 9 am to 11 am AKT

• Understand, create, and manage Resource Pools.
• Gain insights into reporting and analysis.

Session 4: Mastering Multiple Projects, June 17, 9 am to 11 am AKT

• Navigate through Multiple and Master Projects.
• Link and manage Sub-Projects effectively.
