Series Session 2: WIP Analysis 

This two-hour course takes a deeper dive into the Work in Progress (WIP) or Job Schedule to help construction financial managers know what to look for on a WIP report. 

Attendees will learn how to identify signs of penitential problem jobs, gain an understanding of how changes in projections affect monthly results, and learn how to account for loss provisions. 

This virtual training course is live and instructor-led, instructions to join the training will be provided to participants upon registration. 

While not required, it is recommended that participants attend Session 1: Elements of the WIP on 9/14/23 from 10 am-12 pm, prior to attending this training session.
