This 2-unit, 4-hour program is designed for those seeking a better understanding of construction accounting. The target audience for attending this course anyone in construction on a project team or involved with managing, scheduling, accounting, or estimating.

Work in Progress (WIP) or Job Schedule is at the heart of financial accounting for construction companies. Learn the key elements of this report and how they relate to each other. Learn how the percent complete method of revenue recognition works. This course will also discuss the difference between markup and margin, and how to book the monthly WIP adjustment entry to revenue.
