Every year the Alaska DOT&PF, Civil Rights Office holds the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Subcontractor Conference. This year's theme is "Back to Basics" where we presenters will review parts of the DBE program, upcoming changes, guest speakers, and more.
