Construction Project Management Boot Camp Part I & II

Description

This 8-hour virtual training course is presented in two four-hour sessions and is designed for busy Project Engineers and Managers. The two sessions are held on Wednesday, March 12 & Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM (AKT). 

This program addresses the most common and important elements of the construction project life cycle. It equips participants with valuable knowledge and practices necessary to reach greatness and take their management experience to the next level. This workshop will help you and your team: 

• Build a “team dynamic” that will help to govern project flow 
• Develop common-sense guidelines to keep problems and issues on a path to resolution 
• Enhance your operations through better project start-up and close-out 
• Strengthen your system so it accommodates the requirements of your customer 
• Navigate the change order process

About the Instructor
