Recent changes to the Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) rollout have created new questions for federal contractors and subcontractors. While the Department of Defense recently suspended implementation of CMMC Phase 2 requirements, cybersecurity obligations for companies handling Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) remain in effect.

This workshop will provide an updated overview of the current federal cybersecurity landscape, explain what the suspension means for contractors and subcontractors, and help organizations understand the steps they should still be taking to protect sensitive information and remain competitive for future federal work.
