SUMMARY:VIRTUAL Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) February 11-12 (P)
DESCRIPTION:This training is made possible through partnerships with AGC of California and USACE. This is a 2-day\, virtual training is designed to familiarize contractors with CQM policies\, requirements\, and procedures that are required on federally contracted jobs. Upon successful completion of the class\, attendees will receive their CQM-C certificate. The certificate is good for 5 years and is valid for all Corps\, Navy\, and other federally funded projectsWho Should Take This Course:\nContractor's field personnel (Superintendent\, Foremen\, Quality Control Manager\, Alternate Quality Control Manager\, and Field Engineer) as well as office personnel (Project Manager\, Office Engineer\, and Project Engineer).\n\nCourse Objectives:\nThis course is designed to familiarize the student with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Construction Quality Management and QC Organization requirements. The student will be familiar with the QC documentations and record keeping as well as inspection and testing procedures. After the successful completion of this course the student will have enough knowledge/information to be able to prepare a "Quality Control Plan" for any project.\n\nCancellation Policy: Due to the limited class size and base restrictions\, this is a non-refundable class. AGC allows transfers only to a different class two weeks prior to the date of the class. Requests for registration transfers less than two weeks from course date will not be accepted.
